What does and doesn't DILA do?

  • What does DILA do?
Dila shows you the way to a good and cost-effective, sometimes even free, solution to your problem, by analyzing the problem and presenting it to a specialized lawyer. You just have to ask your question and Dila will help you further.
  • If your problem cannot be solved within the Dutch legal system, you will be informed, if possible with advice on how to proceed.
  • If your case does fall within the Dutch legal system, your question will be passed on to a lawyer who specializes in the type of problem you have. That lawyer will contact you.
  • The lawyer will give you an initial advice free of charge so that you know how best to resolve your case and what the costs will be. The lawyer works as much as possible on the basis of Dutch subsidized legal aid and will never surprise you with an invoice. For more information about Dutch subsidized legal aid, please refer to https://www.rvr.org/english/
  • In any case, you will not receive an invoice from the lawyer, unless this has been agreed first.
  • What doesn't DILA do?
Dila will not charge you any costs, so feel free to submit your question.
  • Dila does not provide legal assistance and does not give legal advice, but shows you the way to the solution. Dila is not a lawfirm / company and not an organization / entity. Dila is a “tool”.
  • Dila will only share your data with the lawyer who can handle your case, so not with other parties. After transferring the data to the lawyer, Dila will delete your data. This website does not place cookies and does not register your visit.
