How can you ask your question to DILA?

• You can ask your question in your own language, but English is preferred and can be answered faster because then no translation is needed.
• It is important that you explain your entire problem clearly at once and immediately ask all your questions.
• If your question concerns a letter from the Dutch government or another document, please enclose a legible copy of that letter.
• Do not send privacy-sensitive documents such as identity documents or information.
• DILA only wants to know what is necessary from you, no more than that.
• You can also ask your question anonymously. It is important that you always indicate how we can reach you. Unfortunately you cannot ask your question by telephone. Dila can currently be reached via e-mail address: mail@dila.contact or you can enter your question in the contact form of this website. It is also possible to ask your questions via Whats-app or SMS.
